We offer our customers an exchange warranty for a period of 6 (six) months against manufacturing defects on all plastic chair and table sets.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Any defect in the material or assembly resulting from the manufacturing process.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
    • Damages resulting from misuse or improper storage.
    • Breakage or damage resulting from abnormal use.
    • Damage resulting from attempts by the customer or a third party to repair or modify the product.
    • Damages resulting from accidents or unusual harsh external factors.

2. Exchange and Return Policy

We offer the option to exchange and return products in the following cases:

Case One: Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defects (Within 6 Months)

  • Time Frame: The customer has the right to request an exchange within 6 months from the date of receiving the product if a covered manufacturing defect appears.
  • Procedure:
    • If a manufacturing defect is proven, the product will be exchanged for a new product of the same type or another product of the same value.

Case Two: Exchange/Return Within 14 Days (Non-Conformity or Damage Upon Receipt)

  • Time Frame: The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
  • Acceptance Conditions:
    • The product is damaged or broken upon receipt.
    • The product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on the website.
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Shipping Costs: Sphere Store will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange or return in this case.

Case Three: Exchange/Return Due to Change of Mind (Within 14 Days)

  • Time Frame: The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt, even if they simply change their mind.
  • Acceptance Conditions:
    • The product is entirely in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
    • Shipping Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs for the return or exchange in this case.
